Chocolates are best kept at room temperature around 20 degrees. To help keep your chocolates fresh make sure you keep them in a cool dry place away from heat and sunlight. Never leave them in a parked car for any length of time. For bulk wedding and corporate orders, the chocolates are best kept in the thermal packaging provided.

Only refrigerate in extreme weather conditions. Place your chocolates in an airtight container to prevent it picking up the flavour of other foods and store it in the lowest section of your fridge. Because chocolate doesn’t react well to changes in temperature, allow it to slowly return to room temperature before eating.

Chocolate is delicate and will be affected by moist and change in temperature. From hot to cold or cold to hot. These changes in temperature can cause the chocolate to bloom, especially if you refrigerate your chocolate, and then return it back to room temperature again. Although it may turn white, it is still perfectly safe to eat.

Food safety legislation prevents us from exchanging or accepting returns on our chocolate products. Of course, if there is a fault with the product, the order is damaged on receipt or there is a problem with the quality, we will be happy to replace your items.

All our chocolates contain only small amounts of soy lecithin.
