If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • All orders are processed on the same or next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment dispatches may be delayed by an extra working day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, whatsapp or telephone.
  • We ship all our courier orders using well established logistics partners as listed below but not limited to:
    • FedEx
    • DTDC
    • India Post
  • The decision of using a particular courier company for a particular shipment is made by our team with experience of hundreds of shipments.
  • We do not offer confirmed same day or next day delivery services.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


  • Returns for item(s) are processed and accepted on a case-to-case basis.
  • Returns have to be shipped to us by you.
  • All returns have to be packed appropriately so that they are delivered in undamaged, usable and saleable condition.
  • In some cases return costs have to borne by you, in other cases the company bears the costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must have a genuine reason that was not validated at the time of shopping by the information on the website pertaining to the product(s).
  • The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  • The item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
