If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


  • Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item(s). We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • The item(s) have to be in unused, undamaged and saleable condition. This is your responsibility.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via the original method of payment or via NEFT and will be notified accordingly.
  • You will receive the credit within 2 – 10 working days, depending on the banks involved.
  • All complaints/claims regarding refunds have to be placed within 7 working days of order delivery. No inquiry shall be entertained if received beyond this time.
